I will be attending a conference at the Hilton New York, 1335 Avenue of the Americas later this year. I have called the facility and while they do have a work out facility, it’s $15/day to use the facility. I think that’s a little insane considering how much you pay to stay in the hotel to begin with. Does anyone know of any hotels that are nearby this address that don’t charge an exorbitant amount to stay AND who do not charge for using the workout facilities?

Hotel reservation for underage in New York?

Problem is, I’m going for my own and I’m underage, so I’m looking for a hotel where I can stay. Since I’m underage, it’s very difficult for me to find a hotel, do you know any hotels or hostels where I can stay?

Thus if hostel, it must be a private room. Thanks!
Unfortunately I’m 16 years old.. a friend told me that some hotels may accept underage but you must leave your credit card in case of any accident..
Thus, isn’t the hostals available for underages teens?

Can 2 adults and 3 kids stay in a one room hotel in New York?

We live in Florida and we always can just get one hotel room (2 queen beds) for 5 persons when we vacation. We do online reservation and we just enter 2 adults+ 2 kids (instead of 3 kids) . When we get to the reserved hotel, there is no problem even though they see 5 of us. How strict is New York hotels? Can we reserve for just one room or we have to get two rooms? By the way, any recommended for a decent midtown Mahattan hotels? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
