How does one say “no” to their employer?

The boss’s wife has me do her personal stuff on company time. Christmas labels for cards to their friends, wedding reception, hotel reservations for vacation, etc. Is that accepted as a manager or employee for a small company? How do I say “no” repectfully?
Am I being taken advantage of? I think so but what is your opinion?
